HISTORY OF DONG A PLASTIC GROUP

In 2001	Dong A Plastic Company Limited was established with the charter capital of VND 2.5 billion contributed by Hung Phat company and Dong A JSC in HCM City with the capital source from Taiwan
In 2002	Company brought the ceiling panels and doors production line to the market

In 2003	The company launched the door to market.
In 2004	The charter capital increased up to VND 30 billion for investment into production, salary raising and diversifying product structures and improving share market for construction materials
In 2005	New product was introduced: uPVC door with brand name “Smartwindow”
In  2006	The charter capital increased up to VND 58 billion; converting from company limited into joint Stock company, number of producing lines increased to 16 and the capacity increased to 6,000 tons/year
In  2007	DAG increased charter capital to VND 100 billion and converting into the model of parent-subsidiary company in which DAG plays the role of parent company and 02 subsidiary companies: + Dong A Plastic Company Limited with the main office in Chau Son Industrial Park, Ha Nam province. + S.M.W One Member Company Limited at Ngoc Hoi Industrial Park, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi. + Basically complete 02 factories in Ha Nam province and Hanoi city and come into operation. + New product: uPVC profile bar with the brand name SEA PROFILE – main material for uPVC door with reinforcing steel core
In 2008	02 new products: + Industrial PP Sheet used in advertising and packaging area with the brand name PP DONG A + Rubber gasket applied in uPVC door area and aluminum composite panel
In 2009	A new factory located in Tan Tao Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh city was officially put into operation: specializing in resembling uPVC with reinforcing steel core + To be the leading manufacturer of uPVC profile bar in Viet nam, accordance with BS 12608 standard of Europe. + HIFLEX flex banner was firstly introduced to the market.
In 2010	On 08/04/2010 Dong A Group officially published 10,000,000 stocks in Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with the stock code DAG New product: Aluminum composite door – Glass panel

In 2011	The company increased its charter capital to VND 12.5 billions, bringing the Aluminium Composite production line.
In 2012	The company increased its charter capital to VND 185 billions, investment in PS production line.
